This is a fine reference work that is both up-to-date and with lots of case studies. I have used this work in my classes for Consumer Behavior and have found it to be well organized, easy to follow, and professionally challenging. Students come away with a healthy appreciation from the perspective of both the marketer and the consumer. It definitely changes the way they look at consumerism.

This Company was horrible and I never received my order. They would not answer my questions regarding my order properly and I had to buy the book somewhere else. I will never buy from belltower again...EVER. I was very disappointed with their service.
