Very good to use. Some of the information they include are no-brainers but it's nice to be reminded of it. Also, it includes situational stories that are great for class discussions.

This book was very easy to read and very informative. Like many of theses "selling" books the aucthor had the problem of over simplyfing several issues, however I still learned alot. I can honestly say, I am a much better and more confident sellsman today because of this book, which I guess was its purpose.
